The promoter Mr. Piyushbhai Patel a renowned name in restaurants business in Vadodara sought to bring a makeover in the HR practices and behaviour of the staff with the customers. MM Team was roped-in to deliver customer-focused training for its staff. MM was given the mandate for training and consulting on usage of on-the-floor, customer-focused serving, using etiquette and language to boost the sales and brand image of the restaurant ‘White Potato’.
