Instituted in 2002-03, Millennium Makers (MM) started its journey as an informal group of college students – aimed at providing career guidance and counseling on skill development to school students in rural areas of Anand District of Gujarat..

About a decade later, after acquiring specializations in the subjects of management, human resources and operations, the core team worked extensively with several national and multinational organisations of the repute to earn professional experience in the areas of management and training.

In October 2015, Millennium Makers became a registered trademark of Vishrut Associates LLP, Ahmedabad. This enlarged the canvas for Millennium Makers from being an informal group of students counseling to become a professionally-run business entity providing specialized services in Training & Development, Management Consulting, Recruitment & Placement services to the select base of clients.
